New Pictures
Not a whole lot to say... so just more pictures....

A pensive moment for Libby.

Trying to catch them both smiling at the same time is a bit of a challenge.

Alex can be smiley too!

You've probably all been wondering how I get the twins and their stroller down the 4 flights of stairs we have in our building. The answer is above. It's called the Weego. It's sort of like a double Baby Bjorn. Apparently you can carry babies who weigh up to 30lbs each in this thing. Since we're up to about a total of 25lbs and it's noticeable, I don't think that I'll ever be able to cart 60lbs up and down. Luckily, we'll be moving from our flat by the beginning of January. The flat itself, is actually okay. It's got a lot of south facing windows so it's very bright and it's right across the street from Battersea Park, which is great. The main drawback is the lack of an elevator. Plus the lack of space for the amount of stuff that is needed (?) for twins.
Well... look at that - found some words. Until next time.
Cheerio....
5lbs in 10weeks
Oh what a difference 10 weeks makes. Today's weigh-in finds the twins putting on a steady .5 lb per week since they were born. Alex has taken the lead by a significant margin at 11lbs 3oz, while Libby is a demure 10lbs 12oz. To show the difference, I've posted one of the pictures we took of them in their moses basket when we first came home. I pulled out the moses basket yesterday and took another picture. The difference is pretty impressive.
Also a couple of other pictures - one of Libby caught in the act of giggling and waving her arms around and another of Alex and his favorite puppy.
Will hopefully post some more pictures sooner rather than later. Just a bit slow at actually taking pictures.

More pics....

Trying for a close-up of Libby's eyelashes.

Totally relaxed!

Look at that belly!

Alex gets a little Tummy Time - and shows us how well he can hold up his giant head! :D
Sleep Deprivation....
I think someone once said - "Sleep is for the weak" or maybe it was "I'll sleep when I'm dead" .... Anyway - this is partly why there are so few posts of late. The babies are actually very good sleepers on an individual basis - they just seem to wake up at slightly different times in the night. 'course their mom is quite silly to not take advantage of sleeping when they do especially in the day, so it's her own fault.
Here are a couple of cutie pictures from the last couple of days. We're up to 8 weeks now. Tomorrow we go to the doctor to get first shots. Ewww..
